RegistrationDear Applicant, Step 1 of your registration process.Step 1 of your registration process is a Registration Form, which you have to fill. We require some information about you: email, full name, phone number, home address, education degree, the five disciplines you are most proficient in, and other information of this nature. You must provide us with information regarding your education, work experience, personal information and references. Please be truthful and precise, especially when providing phone numbers and educational background. Do not give us invalid numbers, because we use them to contact you in future. Enter your own current mobile or home phone number. Step 2After filling out the Registration Form, please check your email. We will send you a link to our CV form. If you do not receive an email from us, check your spam box first. In order to continue registration, follow the link and fill in our CV form. You must be accurate and attentive: this information is very important to us. We use your answers to create your personal CV. You are also required to upload a scan or photocopy of your national ID card (driving license, or a passport) that clearly shows your name. This is necessary to prevent a person registering more than once. Your name on the registration form should correspond with the name on the ID.
Step 3Step 3 is an English grammar and citation test for proficiency in APA, MLA, Harvard, and Chicago styles. You are forwarded to the test page from the link sent to your email. The test consists of 25 questions, each generated individually, but of the same level of complexity. This eliminates the possibility of one applicant having a better chance at success than another. All the questions are multiple-choice. The time given for the test is 25 minutes. The maximum allowable number of mistakes is three. You have only one attempt to pass the test. If you make more than three mistakes or if the time expires, the test stops, and the system shows you a reason for the decline. At this point, there is no other opportunity to apply for a writer position with our company. On rare occasions, when a test is interrupted due to power failure, you are allowed to sit it again. A link is sent to your email to enable another sitting. There are only three attempts allowed for this circumstance. Step 4Step 4 is designed to check your writing skills. Once a grammar test is completed, you are forwarded a Sample Essay page. We require you to write a five-paragraph essay on the topic provided, within three hours. The essay should be two pages long, with an additional reference page. All instructions are explained in our Writing Guide. Be sure to follow them all, since an editor checks your essay referring to those instructions. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. If it is found that an essay is plagiarized, that account is instantly blocked. When you have completed an essay, click on the "submit" button. NB: You have three hours to write the essay. The link to the essay page will stay active for two weeks. Step 5After you submit an essay, it is checked for plagiarism, and sent to the editor. If you are accepted as a writer, you receive an email from us with your login information and directions on how to access your home page. Once the essay is checked, it is sent to your email – so you have the opportunity to read editor's comments and one of three verdicts: 1. You are accepted. We will send you all further information on how to apply and start work. 2. The essay needs revision. In this case, you must check and revise the parts highlighted by the editor and upload the essay one more time. 3. You are not approved. This means that your writing skills are not up to the required standards, and your account will be disabled. |
