New Internal System

Dear Writers,

As you may notice we have launched new internal web-site (homepage). Interface is renewed in order to be more user friendly and comfortable, as well as some new features are added. Working process with the orders remains the same, hope you won’t have difficulties with new design.
Here is the list of changes that are integrated:

- Communication system. You may write a message directly from your homepage to the department you need to contact (Dispute, Dissertations, Writers, Quality Assurance), despite writing an email.You can filter the inbox to view messages from different departments. Unread messages are always displayed on top, and at once you read them, they will be sorted by the date of receipt.

Please, note: You will receive CONFIRMATION NEEDED messages. You should “Read message” and “Confirm/Reject” all confirmation needed messages before proceeding with the work. The system automatically blocks all order activity if you have unconfirmed messages.Do not forget to press the button “read message” on each note received inside the order, otherwise you will have many unread messages, what will prevent you from noticing new messages in time.

- Simplified available orders page. Press on the link simple beside the Available Orders tab, and you will be able to check new orders on the page which loads much faster, but has no search options.
- Request to compensate fine. Beside each fine in your financial report you will see a link: [compensate fine], you may press it if you are sure that the fine was unjust or wrongly applied. Do not abuse this right!
- Separated tabs for Revisions, Disputes, My current orders.
- Ability to remove your bid from the order. Press the button “remove bid” inside the order where you have placed your bid. You will be able to apply or take such order later, if it’s still available. Also, you may update your bid, by removing it and placing again, in case order is in Available Orders for a long time, letting us know that you are still willing to work on the order.

Happy Hours Resumption

Dear Writers,

As you may have noticed we have resumed our Happy Hours publish.
Since Feb 7, 2011 we accumulate the great number of orders and publish them at once within 1 hour. The publishing time starts at 7 a.m. by GMT or 9 am GMT +3 and 2 am GMT -5. The accumulation time will cover the most busy hours, from 2-7 a.m.

On the current season’s stage you can expect about 80 fresh-published orders every day (except Sunday). This number will increase as we approach to the season’s peak.

Preview Mode

Monday, December 6th, 2010

Dear Writers,

We would like to inform you with the new implementation in our system of orders. From now on each order which is published for the first time will “hang” in the preview mode for 15 minutes. Preview mode means that nobody is able to take or apply for it, but can only view the instructions and read the attached materials. You will see the timer counting down with the time left for preview mode. After 15 minutes pass, old rules step in.

We hope this will give more chances for the more proficient, but not the faster writer to take the order. This should also reduce the amount of reassigns where we have to fine writers.

Advanced Status Standard Increased

Dear Writers,

The working conditions for Advanced Writers were extended. Now, Advanced Writer is able to take 3 orders automatically with the deadline of not less than 8 hours and the pages size increases to 20 pages.

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
1. After working with the company for more than 6 months in a row every writer may claim, in the form of email letter (forwarded to writers.department@uvocorp.com), to apply for “advanced writer” position. We accept applications until 15th of each month. If you applied after 15th your application will likely be reviewed in the next month.

Application for advanced writer position becomes possible if the writer produced:

  • not less than 50 pages during prior 2 months to the moment of application;
  • plagiarism free papers (during prior 2 months to the moment of application);
  • papers without lateness (during prior 2 months to the moment of application);
  • had no retracts without reasonable explanations (during prior 2 months to the moment of application).
  • had no disputes due to writer`s fault (during prior 2 months to the moment of application)

2. The application is reviewed and verified by Writers Department.
3. Finally, writer`s work is evaluated. The Evaluator will check writer`s grammar, writing style etc.
4. Writer is informed about the decision in a form of personal email letter by the 1st of next month.

In case of negative decision, the writer is informed about his/her mistakes and can reapply for Advanced Status in 2 months.

ADVANTAGES OF ADVANCED WRITER
List of Benefits:
1. AUTO ASSIGN ability to automatically take 3 orders.
2. NO HOLDS holds are not applied to the account of Advanced Writer. Advanced Writer receives payment in full and first in a raw.
3. ADDITIONAL BONUS only Advanced Writer gets +5% to his monthly payment if he/she completed more than 100 pages during this month.
Bonus Payments: As an additional incentive for our writers, we are pleased to operate an attractive bonus payment system for high output. This is based on the Writer’s monthly income as follows :

  • + 2% for 80 to 149 pages in a month,
  • + 4% for 150 pages or more in a month.

We calculate the monthly total of each writer’s page output. No pages can be carried forward to the next month.
Your Bonus Payments are calculated automatically each month when the requisite amount of pages has been completed.

We continue implementing new features to provide you with alternative and more comfortable ways to contact us. Our next step is Skype launch.

Skype is a free software application that allows users to chat/make voice calls over the Internet. Calls to other users within the Skype service are absolutely free. So, you can easily call/chat writer support and have a live communication.

To download skype and create an account, follow this link. (Existing writers, make sure to mention the same email you have registered with). New writers and applicants can freely add us to your skype and ask any questions you would like to know via live communication.

We will try to assist you in any matter, however, please, do not disturb us with the issues that usually are solved through the order page and you do not experience delay in the reply. The aim of this communication method is to help you when there is a misunderstanding or problem.

Also, we are more than welcome to help you with :

  • profile problems(lost/stolen password, login problems, etc.)
  • profile changes(email, pass, phone, etc.)
  • payment

You’ll find an opportunity to make a video chat, however camera is prohibited for security issues.

You can reach writer administrator on business days, at least 4-5 hours during the day time by GMT+2.

Autoassign Features during Hot Season

Hello Everyone!

This is to remind you how our Allocation System works during current High Season.

As you know  you have been divided into 4 Groups and each group has its own settings.

  • Group 1: writers who have completed less than 10 orders since January 1, 2010.
  • Group 2: writers who have completed more than 10 orders since January 1, 2010.
  • Group 3: Advanced writers
  • Group 4: writers who were set on VIP account after their performance evaluation

Group 1 can take up to 1 orders automatically, but each order should be not more than 5 pages with a deadline of a minimum 8 hrs.

Group 2 can take up to 1 orders automatically, but each order should be not more than 7 pages with a deadline of a minimum 8 hrs.

Group 3 can take up to 2 orders automatically, but each order should be not more than 10 pages with a deadline of a minimum 8 hrs.

Group 4 can take up to 2 orders automatically, but each order should be not more than 10 pages with a deadline of a minimum 8 hrs.

You are not allowed to take orders automatically if you have more than 1 or 2  orders in progress (statuses writer_assigned and revision) or if order exceeds page number or deadline indicated in your group preferences.

You are still allowed to bid for other orders, which means that you will need to wait for operator`s confirmation before proceeding with it.

The only limitation valid for all groups: you are not allowed to take orders automatically if you have any delayed orders. You have to complete them before you can apply for any further project. Our autoassign doesn`t count “delivered”, “done” and “dispute” orders as your orders in progress. It recognizes only those orders you are currently working on. So delivered and dispute orders(even with negative deadline) can`t block your auto assign abilities.

Also automatic allocation means that you agree to take the order with a given deadline and price. If you want for price/deadline to be modified use “Your Bid” option or write note to the Operator.

Hot Season

Dear Writers,

Finally we can say with certainty that our Hot Season is in full swing and the number of orders continues to grow steadily. To compare with the previous year, we have already exceeded the number of orders for September and start of October at 15%.

From writer’s side the amount of published orders is not as big as during previous autumn high season. During current hot season the situation is different. The orders are instantly picked by writers very fast, by auto assign feature, so you can barely see a lot of  them as “published”. We receive plenty of new orders each hour for sure, sometimes even more often, so refresh the homepage in order to see new orders.

The greatest number of orders is published during the USA day time. No reasons to wait any longer, just seize an opportunity!
